  • Are your items authentic? Yes, Our products are 100% Authentic as our products are either purchased directly from the HQ or appointed agents.
  • Can I reserve the item(s)? Unfortunately no, unless item is fully paid.

Payment

  • What are your payment method(s)? Credit Card, Paynow & Atome Pay [We will require payment within 24 hours if you opted for PayNow otherwise orders will be voided.]

Refund, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

  • Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes, as long as you have not made any payment.
  • Can I exchange my item(s)? Yes you can, as long as the item and price tag is still intact. [Note: You will need to come down to our office for an exchange.]
  • Can I refund my item(s)? No refunds are allowed.
